Nick Blue

Nick Blue is a Realtor®, entrepreneur, and real estate investor committed to finding win-win deals in the marketplace while providing his clients with superior customer service.  He primarily works with investors looking to acquire wholesale properties to rehab and resell or to take advantage of the economic downturn by picking up cash flow properties at discounted prices to buy and hold.  In addition, Nick assists traditional buyers and sellers within Maricopa County in achieving their real estate goals.

In 2006, prior to obtaining his real estate license, Nick acquired his Series 7 and 66 security licenses in order to work with individuals, families, and investors as a financial advisor for the full service financial planning firm, San Tan Financial, located in Ahwatukee, AZ.  While with San Tan, Nick focused on equity management by helping his clients obtain financing for investment properties and built financial plans tailored to their individual needs.

Nick graduated from Wake Forest University in North Carolina in 2004 on a baseball scholarship where, as a switch-hitting middle infielder and leadoff hitter, he helped lead the Demon Deacons to the 2001 A.C.C. Championship.  In 2002, while garnering All-ACC honors, Nick contributed to Wake Forest’s best season in school history, including a #2 national ranking.  Following college, Nick continued his baseball career professionally with the Jackson Senators of Jackson, Mississippi. Though a shoulder injury prematurely ended Nick’s baseball career, he continues to give back to the sport he so dearly loves by coaching and conducting clinics for young ball players.

Nick grew up in Northern California, but also spent much of his childhood living and playing baseball in Tokyo, Japan.  He now lives with his new bride, Adralyn (a former 800m track star at Wake Forest) in Scottsdale.  They were married in June of 2010 on Mexico’s Isla Mujeres, surrounded by their closest friends and family.
