- Profit (or loss) is split 50% between the investor and Blue Enterprise;
- Blue Enterprise will credit the realtor sales commission on the sale of the property to the overall profit of the project;
- Blue Enterprise does not charge a fee to run the rehab or earn overrides on the cost of the project outside of the profit split;
- Since our success is directly tied to the investor’s, we are 100% motivated to keep costs contained and the profits maximized;
- $40,000 minimum investment.
