REALTOR®
NICK BLUE IS A REALTOR®, ENTREPRENEUR, AND REAL-ESTATE INVESTOR committed to finding win-win deals in the Arizona marketplace. Catering to a clientele that includes local, out-of-state, and international home buyers and investors, all of whom seek opportunities that take advantage of the economic downturn, Nick offers exceptional Move-in Ready Homes as well as deeply discounted Turn-Key / Cash-Flow Properties with a Tenant-in-Place. A background in investment property financing also enables him to professionally team with investors on Joint-Venture Fix & Flip opportunities while offering risk-averse individuals the passive-income streams generated by Fixed-Rate Returns (currently 10% per year).
2011 was a banner year for Nick's business resulting in the purchase and sale of nearly $9 million in single-family real estate in and around Phoenix. In response, he increased his staff, formed Blue Enterprise LLC, and prepared for even stronger 2012. If you seek a move-in ready home, cash-flow property, a listing agent, or a real-estate investment partner, you'll be happy you chose Nick Blue as your REALTOR®.
Nick attended Wake Forest University on a baseball scholarship, graduating with a degree in communications. As a switch-hitting middle infielder, he helped the Demon Deacons win the ACC Championship in 2001. The following year, while garnering All-ACC honors, Nick contributed to Wake's best season in school history, including a #2 national ranking.
Nicolas Blue was born and raised in Northern California's Marin County. While growing up, he regularly visited Tokyo, Japan, where he played baseball in the Japanese youth leagues. He attended Silicon Valley's Saratoga High School, co-captaining the baseball team to their first and only division championship. He now lives with his bride, Adralyn (a former 800m track star at Wake Forest), in Scottsdale, Arizona. Nick and Adralyn were married in June of 2010 on Mexico's Isla Mujeres, surrounded by their closest friends and family.
